Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NICE CXone Engineer/Architect to design and
maintain scalable cloud-native contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement NICE CXone contact center solutions
- Work with ACD, IVR, Omni Channel, Auto Dialer, WFM and Interaction
Analytics
- Develop custom scripts using NICE CXone Studio
- Build and troubleshoot API integrations and web services
- Implement reports, dashboards and call/chat workflows
- Conduct system testing for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with NICE CXone platform
- Experience with Studio scripting, IVR, ACD and Omni-Channel
- Knowledge of API integrations and cloud applications
- Programming experience in C#, Java, JavaScript or Python
- Understanding of contact center KPIs and workforce optimization tools
