Greetings from The Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Bombay 

Startup Bootcamp is an event for students of IITB to turn their ideas into a startup over a 10 weeks long journey. 

Did you always want to “make ideas happen” but just couldn’t get the correct platform, “Startup Bootcamp” is just the right thing for you. The Startup Bootcamp is a 10 week long program, during which ideas are made startup worthy with the help of an efficient team building exercise as well as extensive mentoring.

The introductory session is on 12th Aug, at 6:30PM in LT (PCSA) 

The introductory session will be a talk by Mr. Kanchan Kumar, who is the Executive Director of TiE Mumbai Chapter and by Mr. Pradeep Pillai, who is the Business Development Manager at SINE IIT Bombay. The talks are followed by a networking session and a workshop for idea refinement and pitching.. 

Major Features of this program:
Team Building
IIT Bombay has a very robust ecosystem with people ranging from all spheres of interests and expertise, be it technology, design or business. The Startup Bootcamp provides you with the opportunity to form teams with people having complementary skill sets from diverse backgrounds who would help turn the nascent idea into a successful startup. 

Mentorship
Getting the right team for an idea is great first step for your journey. But, rest of the journey is still to be made. You still don’t know how to go about pursuing your idea. And that is why a panel of experienced and specialized mentors are always there for you - to guide you in every step of your journey startup. Start from Idea validation to developing a Business Plan for your idea, as well as developing a Minimum Viable Product for your idea. 

Two month long mentorship provided under this program, equips you such that coming out of this program, you can confidently go before a VC/Angel Investor to pitch for funding.

The Startup Bootcamp is open for all the current students of IIT Bombay only.
