面接の準備についてお伝えします。

面接では確かに清潔感を伴う服装や社会常識を踏まえに礼儀というのは大切なことです。

しかし、面接官はあなたの取りつくろった姿を見ても心は動かされません。面接官が本当に知りたいのは、あなた自身のこと、つまり、あなたの人間性や生き
方なのです。

皆さんが学生時代に築いてきた知識や知恵、勇気、あるいは情熱、夢、目的感など、あなたの持っている潜在価値を集約して表現する場所が面接です。

いかに面接官に自分自身のことを理解してもらうか、いかに自分を表現するかが、最も問われています。

面接官に自分を理解してもらうために重要なのは、あなたの行動事実を具体的な場面で表現することです。

どういう場面で何を考え、どう計画し、それをどのように実行し、あるいは、臨機応変に対応し、その結果どのように反省をし、また次の行動に結び付けて
いったかです。

自分は夢中になったこと、自分が非常に大切にしていること、自分はぜひ着手したいと思っていること、自分にとって重要な人、価値、モノ、そういった外部
環境すべてを思い起こしてみてください。

そして、その中で、自分にとって重要性の高いものを１つか２つ、あるいは最大限3つまで選んで、時系列に沿ってそれを思い出し、一度、それを書き留めて
頭を整理しておきましょう。それが出発点になります。

Introduction of some points for preparing for a job interview.

At a job interview a candidate’s air of cleanliness, proper attire and
good manners based on an understanding of social rules are of course
very important.

However, the interviewer cannot be moved if you are only stiff and
polite. What he or she really wants to know is what kind of a person
you are, your core characteristics.

A job interview is a place to summarize and reveal the potential
qualities you possess, by showing the knowledge, willpower, passion,
dreams and goals you have acquired during your student life.

The most important point the interviewer would be looking at is your
ability to present yourself clearly and to express your point
convincingly.

In order to make the interviewer understand your personality better,
it is necessary to present a certain episode portraying your
performance in a defined setting.

You should show how you make decisions in a certain situation, how you
plan a course of action, fulfill it, or also, your flexible approach
in quickly changing situations, and how you revise the results of your
actions and incorporate these conclusions into the following actions.

Recall the things you have been very much into, things that have been
very important to you, something that you are earning to do,
personalities that have played a big role in your life, as well as
values, things and other environmental factors that have had an
influence on you.

Then, choose 1 or 2, maximum 3 things among these, and recall them in
chronological order, then write it down. This will be your starting
point in preparing for an interview.
