Job Description:

Position Title	SQL DBA
Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes. . .	Project/Role:   • Developer DBA • Works with SSIS [packages and jobs] • Manage two servers (DEV and PROD) – standard DBA functions, security, backups, process efficiency, etc. • Ensure daily ingestion of vendor files are completed on time • Resolve any data load errors in a timely manner
Skills Required . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .	Skills Required:   ·         SQL Server Developer (70%), SQL Server Application DBA (30%) ·         Extensive experience with designing and developing complex SSIS packages and jobs ·         Manage two servers (DEV and PROD) – standard DBA functions, security, backups, process efficiency, etc. ·         TSQL experience required. ·         Deep Performance improvement skills.   ·         Ability and willingness to take initiative in order to improve processes/application. Needs to be independent. ·         Excellent English communication skills. This needs to be a ‘driver’ resource, someone comfortable working independently and making recommendations to the team as needed.
