Description:

• Experience managing multiple projects at once, including responsibility for the team 2)
• Experience working in an agile environment,
• leveraging agile metrics like velocity to help guide critical decisions for the team 3)
• The selected candidate will manage complex software development, architecture, and integration e-commerce projects in a fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment.
• Apply proven project management techniques, methods and tools.
• Partner with Technical Management and Architecture to ensure that systems are developed to comply with architectural and testing standards and established methodologies. 
• Act as a role model for PM professionalism, critical thinking and setting productivity pace as well as promoting a financial focus with emphasis on business value metric.
• Provide status reports, presentations and demonstrations to all levels of management both within GID IT and business partner groups.
  

Qualifications:

• Open to changing business conditions, technology and system changes.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of software development, testing, change and project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrated passion for project management and track record of delivering business value through successful project management, implementation, support and PM transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure success on all projects through proven track record of applying proven methods and tools to enterprise-wide project implementations.

 BA/BS.
Agile project management experience a plus.
 Scrum Master Certification a plus.


Minimum 2 Years IT Experience.
Minimum 4 Years IT Project Management
Experience. Minimum 2 Years e-Commerce / Web Development
