Can't find PCNT and POPM frames when examining music files with MP3TAG

I wanted to verify that the ratings and play count were being stored
in the PCNT and POPM frames, so I downloaded MP3TAG to examine the
music files. I cannot find the connection between PCNT and POPM and
any corresponding field using www,MP3TAG.de. Any ideas?
