bold or italicised text in lyrics

I've just noticed that some lyrics text is being downloaded with
multiple apostrophes.
For example the song:
http://lyricwiki.org/Black_Francis:You_Can%27t_Break_A_Heart_And_Have_It

In the 4th verse you'll see:
You can shoot the breeze (shoot the breeze)
You can shoot your shit (shoot your shit)
You can shoot it up (shoot it up)
You can shoot to Berlin (shoot to Berlin)

However what is downloaded is:
You can shoot the breeze ''(shoot the breeze)''
You can shoot your shit ''(shoot your shit)''
You can shoot it up ''(shoot it up)''
You can shoot to Berlin ''(shoot to Berlin)''

This happens because if you want to italicise some text, you surround
it with 2 apostrophes. i.e. ''Italic text''
If you want to bold some text, you surround it with 3 apostrophes.
i.e. '''Bold text'''

Hey Mike thanks for getting back to me, as always I appreciate your
time on this.
Your fix worked fine for the Black Francis track, and others I tested.
However for the Raconteurs track http://lyricwiki.org/The_Raconteurs:The_Switch_And_The_Spur
They actually bold AND italicised the text:
'''''You shall never return'''''
So that's 5 apostrophes on either side of the text to be bolded &
italicised.

Right now with your fix I get:
'You shall never return'
So there seems to be one set of apostrophes remaining.

I would say though this is probably something that it should be
possible to switch of on the interface to the lyricwiki back end, as
it doesn't really make sense for them to be sending iTSfv wiki
formatting.

Yeah Peter, this is really something LyricWiki should be doing at their end.
Song.Lyrics method should only give unformatted pure text but the method
call gives wiki formatting also. We can't be applying fixes for every
possible wiki formatting case. I haven’t been free enough to contact the
LyricWiki admins and follow up their replies to get the issue fixed at the
root, but definitely that is in my TODO list. :)
