Restore Tags restoring info to incorrect track

I did a Backup Tags of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs - It's Blitz album.
This album contains some of the following tracks:

Skeletons
Skeletons (Acoustic)

When I did a backup I did not backup the acoustic track.
Here is the xml of the saved tags:

When I did a restore of the tags however the tags were restored to the
acoustic track. It's play count and rating was changed to 3 1/2 stars
and 6 plays. The non-acoustic track Skeletons was left unchanged, no
play count or rating (I had deleted the original and reimported it,
that's why I was backup up the tags in the first place).
