Dear ladies
You may have heard about the double suicide where two women leaped in front of a high speed train at Ealing Broadway Station. When I heard the story I was sad. Well I just found out after a friend contacted me that her name had recently appeared in the newspaper, It was a friend of mine with whom I only spoke to sometime in May. Such tragic news that Celise and her 17 year daughter decided that life was too unbearable to endure. I know some of you met her at the early stages of itsasistathing foundation and on various trips & meals I've organised. I can't imagine how and why they decided to end their lives so tragically. My thoughts are with her family and her son Devon. She and her daughter will be sorely missed. Ladies I suffer from depression and I know where to go for help when it gets too much however mental illness should no longer be a taboo as I'm sure we all know someone who suffers from severe mental illness or in fact you may suffer from depression yourself. So if you know someone whose a bit low get in touch - give them a call a simple hello how you doing could be all they need.

This brought tears to my eyes. You are all right, we should keep an eye on each other and take notice if someone says 'I feel a bit fed up'. It could be a cry for help.
