Its most urgent, Kindly fill up ur advance form and send back signed colored scanned copy to Bhalla Sir and to me before 0900 hrs of 21st March, 2012.
u can project ur further advance amount by calculation as :
Total no. of days stay outstation = 110 days approx.
now ur per day expenditure = EE rupees per day
Total amount needed for tour till 24th may = 110 * EE + Flight tickets

so extra advance needed= (110 * EE + Flight tickets) -75000/-

project ur advance as much u can spend, be careful not to overdraw, project that much only. Penality might be for over drawn.
