What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open below mentioned link
2.http://www.google.com/support/a/users/bin/request.py
3.Check the page layout which is not upto the UI standard
4.Radio buttons are scattered across page, it should be in an order.
5.Contact section is missing something.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Page should be designed upto the UI standards
2. Radio buttons shoul be in order
3. I am not sure the use of contact section there, if there is any make it
more meaningful.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.

I m not sure why the status has been changed to 'Invalid'
If you go the link specified in the issue .. it still behaves the same
atleast the radio buttons could be aligned
