That was my initial thought too but we already tried too spares. I didn't notice any issues with the connections for the cables which is what we usually look for (ie, bent pins). Is it possbile the cards has become lose in the icu/shu?

The logs all indicate that the LVDS cable was not ready.
I'd recommend trying another LVDS cable, make sure it isn't damaged, and
that the fittings on both ends are in good shape.
Also make sure all the connections are secure, and that there's no extra
strain on fittings.
There is a very slight chance that this could be the pii or LVDS cards,
though the logs seem to indicate that this is a simple LVDS issue.
Let me know if this fixes the problem, you may need to use multiple LVDS
cables, as its often difficult to externally tell if a cable is damaged.
