Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Telecom Data Architect / Data Designer with deep expertise in telecom inventory and legacy systems such as TIRKS-L, LFACS, SWITCH, and MARTENS. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data architecture initiatives and play a key role in large-scale data migration, transformation, and integration projects within telecom OSS/BSS environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end data architecture for telecom systems
• Develop data models, schemas, and data mapping strategies across multiple platforms
• Lead data migration initiatives, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand source system data at attribute level
• Define and implement data governance, data quality, and validation frameworks
• Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable and optimized data solutions
• Support full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across telecom systems

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and data design
• Strong hands-on experience with telecom systems:
• TIRKS-L
• LFACS
• SWITCH
• MARTENS
• Expertise in data modelling, data architecture, and migration strategies
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks
• Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS data ecosystems
• Experience working across the full SDLC/project lifecycle
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
