Position: Require PeopleSoft Financial Functional
Location: Memphis, TN/ Sacramento, CA
Duration: Contract.
Detailed JD:
Require PS Fin PM immediately starting next week.
The process is:
- PM will speak with A/c Mgr and VP of PeopleSoft Practice at Hexaware
- One round of technical interview (to be taken at US PM hours)
- One round of F2F client interview
Financials Upgrade Project Manager
Ø Solid PeopleSoft Financials Functional Experience ( including 2 Financials end to end Upgrades)
Ø Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to interface and make presentations to Sr. Management in IT and Finance functions
Ø Strong Project Management skills ( 5 + years of PM experience) – Ability to plan, coordinate and organize activities to meet the schedule and budget. Must have led at least 3 PeopleSoft Upgrade/Implementation projects
Ø Have a good understanding of PeopleSoft Upgrade methodology and process; experience handling offshore teams required
Ø Strong Stakeholder Management skills for managing stakeholders – Client Finance and IT teams, Onsite team and Offshore Technical team
Ø Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
