Capacity Planning

All,

I'm putting together the methodology for capacity planning around ITPAM. I was wondering if anyone on the list could provide any data/metrics that they collect and how they approach analysis of that information.

The things I have so far are (Collected daily for monthly trending):
1. Gather # of processes run per day
2. Gather # of objects in library
3. Gather # of users
4. Gather # of agents
5. Gather # of touchpoints
6. Gather cpu/memory/performance on servers

7. Gather # of logins

8. Gather # of total workflows
