Yes the inter web is down. I called TW over the weekend and they said its because of unpaid overdue charges. Didn't have access to the account and didn't want to spoil your thanksgiving.

yeah I called them last week and told them that we wouldn't be paying untold they adjusted the bill for all the bullshit service. they said they would adjust the bill and send a new one. guess that was a lie. gonna call them and send a care package (box full of shit) to work it out.
