I think the only people in New York with 2nd floor keys are Youjin, Hanbyul, and maybe the newest upstairs roommate who I don't know. I have keys that should be at Ashley's apt in Bed Stuy if it comes to that...but that obviously won't work for today. If you are in contact with the landlord give him my email as well mick.h...@gmail.com and we can try to work something out for tomo or another day. I could get Ashley to bring keys to maria on the first floor or I guess he could coordinate with Youjin to get in.

also, Nick, Andres and I are getting together this weekend and will get drunk and decide the fate of the first floor. it would be both hard to keep it and hard to let it go. i would love to hold on to it with limited responsibility if we can get trustworthy people to rent it...so for those reading, if you know such people, connect them to me please. i put a ton of work in to get the place in the beginning, seems a shame to give up easily. the landlord seems of the opinion that if he gets rent, he doesn't care about anything else. the first floor total rent would be $4700 by itself because of all of backyard and basement space. This works out to $1100 each for the basement and Nick's room and $1250 each for the rooms on the back yard in my opinion. So they can be advertised as such. Andres may rent one of the $1250 ones? And Rue may stay in the basement?
