Note: Strong Python test automation and strong SQL experience candidates

4–8 years of QA Automation experience.
Strong programming experience in Python - Mandatory
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Experience with Playwright automation.
Experience with Robot Framework or PyTest.
Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
Experience with Git and GitHub.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of API testing concepts.

Testing Skills

Test planning and test design.
Regression testing.
Functional testing.
End-to-end testing.
Defect lifecycle management.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, or Insurance domains.
Experience with FACETS or similar healthcare platforms.
Experience automating Citrix-based or desktop applications.
Experience with AWS cloud services.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Playwright framework design.
BDD frameworks.
Performance testing basics.
Containerization concepts (Docker).
AI-assisted software testing practices.
Test reporting and dashboards
