Sr Agile Program Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO

Locals and Green Card Holder / Citizens only
6-12 Months Contract to Hire
Position is remote but must be local and available for in-person interview and Meetings during the project when needed.


REQUIREMENTS
7–10 years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including 4+ years in program or enterprise-level Agile leadership roles.
Scaled Agile framework
Experience leading enterprise or mission-critical programs in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization, from team leads to C-suite executives.
Deep systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity and scale.
Passion for Agile values, servant leadership, and organizational transformation.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certifications
Experience managing complex data platform initiatives
Experience in regulated industries
Microsoft Office Suite/365, Slack, Snowflake, iSite, ThoughtSpot and experience with advanced knowledge using agile tools such as Targetprocess, Jira, Mural, etc.
