Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect with FHIR expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, cloud-native architectures, healthcare interoperability standards, and modern web application development.
This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, establishing technical standards, and ensuring seamless integration of healthcare systems using HL7 FHIR standards.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design

Design and architect enterprise-scale healthcare applications using .NET technologies and cloud-native architectures.
Define end-to-end solution architecture including application, integration, security, and data layers.
Establish best practices for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and design discussions.

Strong expertise in:
C#
ASP.NET Core

REST APIs
Entity Framework
SQL Server
Azure Cloud Services

Extensive experience with:
HL7 FHIR (R4/R5)

2-Role: Lead FHIR Consultant

Location: Dallas, Texas

Lead FHIR Consultant
Experience: 15+ Years
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Lead FHIR Consultant to drive healthcare interoperability initiatives, lead FHIR implementations, and advise clients on healthcare data exchange strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HL7 FHIR, EHR integrations, healthcare interoperability standards, and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of HL7 FHIR (R4/R5) solutions.
Define interoperability architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Design and review FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchange workflows.
Lead integrations with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth.
Ensure compliance with CMS, ONC, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on FHIR best practices.

Required Skills

10+ years of healthcare IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on FHIR implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of:

HL7 FHIR (R4/R5)
SMART on FHIR
HL7 v2
CDA/CCD
REST APIs
OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect


Experience integrating healthcare systems and EHR platforms.
Strong understanding of payer and provider healthcare workflows.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of CMS Interoperability and Patient Access regulations.
Experience with healthcare integration engines (Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody).
