We’re reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity with our client for a QRM Application Support engineer  position based in Charlotte, NC (601 S. Tryon Street). This is a hybrid onsite role (3 days/week) and will require an onsite face-to-face/Video  interview.

Position Details:
Role: QRM Application Support engineer 
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Client: Ally Financial
Interview: Onsite face-to-face

Required Skills:

• 5–8+ years of experience in QRM - Quantitative Risk management  technical support/engineering (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting)
• Strong knowledge of Windows patching and MS SQL (queries, DB creation/upgrades, SSIS basics)
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudFront)
• Experience with Terraform (IaC) and batch/scheduled task automation
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and vendor coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage QRM application performance and stability
• Troubleshoot and upgrade QRM environments
• Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies
• Maintain documentation across SDLC phases
• Support DR and business continuity

Preferred:

• AWS Certifications
• GitLab / CI-CD experience
• Terraform JSON knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree
