Role Description
This is a contract role for a Qualtrics Survey Design Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing surveys using the Qualtrics platform. Key tasks include creating survey questions, ensuring data accuracy, analyzing survey results, and developing reports based on findings. This is a hybrid role located in Kansas City, MO, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.


Qualifications

Experience with Qualtrics Survey Design and Implementation
Qualtrics Platform Ecosystem Expertise
XM Directory
Qualtrics Studio
CoreXM, CX, EX, BX
Certification
Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills
Proficiency in Survey Question Creation and Survey Logic
Excellent Communication and Report Writing skills
Ability to manage survey projects independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred
