We're seeking a high-impact Agile Delivery Leader with strong experience in Cybersecurity API Development and Financial Fraud Identity Access Management to lead mission-critical initiatives. If you're a tech-savvy leader, fluent in Agile, and thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments — this opportunity is for you!

🔑 What You’ll Do:
Lead Agile delivery across complex cybersecurity projects
Manage backend/API development with a security-first mindset
Drive identity access management solutions to mitigate financial fraud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders
Own vision execution, delivery strategy, and team alignment

🛠️ Must-Have Skills:
Proven track record in Cybersecurity API delivery
Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
Experience in backend/API development
Product management mindset & leadership in cross-functional teams
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Self-starter with a delivery-first attitude

📚 Preferred:
Knowledge of security operations centers & fraud prevention systems
Comfortable navigating and influencing in complex, matrixed organizations
