Hi,

I want to align my images to AC-PC line. I found a video that shows how to do it in ITK SNAP.
http://imaging.brainlab.ca/videos/ACPC_Tutorial.mp4

However, the demonstration is of some older version and in the newer versions there does not seem to be such option. How that? Is it still possible to realign images in ITK SNAP?

Thanks,
Dace

The tool in the video is not ITK-SNAP, but another tool that people at BrainLab developed on top of ITK-SNAP 1.x.

The current ITK-SNAP 3.6 version does have registration capabilities. You could use it to align data with the ACPC. I just uploaded a video to demonstrate how:

In words, just load the image twice, once as the "main image" and once as the "additional image". Then go to Tools->Registration, go to the Manual Registration tab, and rotate the image as you wish. Finally hit the little button under the registration controls for "reslicing" the rotated image. Save it and you have an ACPC aligned image.
