Dear experts,

Is it possible to use itksnap or some other software to output DTI images in RGB mode like "slicesdir" in FSL does? I'm asking this because I'd like to check the DTI data quality of many subjects using an overview but better be in a color-coded FA rather than grey scale FA.

Thanks!
Yishi

Convert your DTI data into direction-coded RGB images, and save as a 3-component NIFTI or MHA file. Then when you load the image in ITK-SNAP, go to the Layer Inspector (Ctrl-I) go to "General" tab, and select RGB option under "Multi-Component Display"

Hi Dr. Yushkevich,

Thank you for your guide. In fact, I'm wondering whether I could get an image overview like this but in color coded mode so I can take a really quick look at all the subjects.

Thanks

Yishi

Hi

No SNAP does not really support the lightbox view like that.
