Autometic xyz coordinates changes

Hi there, when I click some coordinates (XYZ), it keeps me sending z=4, which should be z=1 as that is where I selected. Does Anyone have same issue?

Do you have multiple ITK-SNAP windows open at once? It may be the byproduct of cursor synchronization.
