Hello,

I have had a look at the multi-modality image support and it is great. However, is there a way to open multiple overlays at once.

Let us say I have four images in a folder. I would like to be able to open them  in a single session as 1 image and 3 overlays with the command-line this way:
itksnap myImage01.nii.gz myOverlay01.nii.gz myOverlay02.nii.gz myOverlay03.nii.gz

Best,

Wok

Hi,

According to the command line usage this should be possible, but it doesn't appear to work at the moment.

ITK-SnAP Command Line Usage:
snap [options] [main_image]
Image Options:
-g FILE : Load the greyscale image from FILE
-s FILE : Load the segmentation image from FILE
-l FILE : Load label descriptions from FILE
-o FILE : Load overlay image from FILE
: (-o option can be repeated multiple times)
-w FILE : Load workspace from FILE
: (-w cannot be mixed with -g,-s,-l,-o options)
Additional Options:
-z FACTOR : Specify initial zoom in screen pixels/mm
Debugging/Testing Options
--debug-events : Dump information regarding UI events
--test list : List available tests.
--test TESTID : Execute a test.
--testdir DIR : Set the root directory for tests.
--testQtScript index : Runs QtScript based test indexed by index.

I guess this will be implemented later.
