Using ITK-SNAP with labels imported from different software

Hi,

I´ve uploaded a CT brain image as the original file and added another file (nifti) with a lable created with another software. The images fit perfectly to the screen but I would like to add some labels created with ITK-SNAP to be combined with the imported labels. I would also like to delete some parts of the imported lable. Can´t figure out how to do this, is it possible?

Hi Jennifer

You can use the label editor (Tools->Label Editor) to edit labels and create new ones. Then you can modify your imported segmentation.
