Saving functional image after registration

Hello ITK-SNAP team,

A small issue,

After running the registration in the GUI when I try to save the image using right click over the functional 4D(256x256x256x256) image it gets saved as 5D (256x256x256x1x256)for some reason..... Since I have to work with it in Python but I need it to be 4D.

Can you please help me with it ?

I didn't see anything that would do this on the c3d info page (https://sourceforge.net/p/c3d/git/ci/master/tree/doc/c3d.md), but perhps you can use np.reshape in python to get what you need?
