Hello experts,

I am Ariful Islam, working as a Research Specialist at Penn Med.

ITK snap suddenly crushed and I tried all the ways, install, uninstall, restart pc, delete previous files but nothing worked and showed me the same error. At first it happened to old pc all of a sudden, I thought its PC,s problem.

Now it happened on my office PC.

Error:

Exception occurred during ITK-SNAP startup

Details:

junk after document element C:/Users/ariful/AppData/Roaming/itksnap.org/ITK-SNAP/UserPreferences.xml

Anyone can help me? It is very important, I will be grateful for the help thank you.

Delete the config dir: C:/Users/ariful/AppData/Roaming/itksnap.org/ITK-SNAP, and try again?
