Hi,

I have a main folder that has many other subjects, including medical DICOMs.
We locate the image series and then perform the by hand segmentation of the ROI then we save the workspace within the same image folder.

We have since realised that what is saved within the *.itksnap file does not make sense. The saved segmentation is sitting in another folder and is related to another medical image folder. Please advice. Urgent.

Hi,

Not a dev but you have to save the segmentation manually (i.e., it's in Segmentation --> Save ) and choose your save location there. Unlike 3Dslicer, saving the session is really just to help load the images and contours easily, it's not really designed to be equivalent  where everything saves into a single folder.
