Dear Itksnap community,
Is there a command line to automatically fill in holes in binary segmentations with itksnap?
Best wishes,
Bilal

Hi Bilal,
This seems to be a popular request so I went ahead and added a
-holefill
command to C3D. The code has been checked in to the repository.
The nightly builds for Linux are here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/c3d/files/c3d/Nightly/
For some odd reason the nightly builds of C3D are not happening on Windows and MacOS. I will take a look...
Paul.
