Problems opening the software

Hi

I recently installed the software and it doesn´t opens. It appears this message:

"ITK-SNAP currently does not support non-ASCII characters in user names on Windows (tm) platforms. This will be fixed in the future."

how can I solve it???

Unfortunately, if your Windows user name has characters like "Я" or "œ", ITK-SNAP will not work property. The solution is to create a new Windows user with a name that only includes latin characters (a-z).

Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

i have change my user name and then reinstall itk snap but it didnt work. is there a way after 3 years:) ?
