Hi SNAPers,
I am a new user of this tool and I would like to display mha files and
saving their slices.
But the resulting slices (jpg or png ..) contain the labels 'L', 'R',
'A', 'P', the cross hairs and in the top of images, 10 cm is
displayed.
Please could you help how to hide them.
Thanks in advance.

Hi

Go to the display options dialog, appearance tab. Here you can hide
all the display elements you do not wish to see.

Paul.

I have images that do not have isometric voxels, with the X, Y dimensions being significantly smaller than the Z dimension.  I would like to calculate distances, e.g., between points and or between a plane and a point(s).  I can see how to get the X, Y, Z coordinates of a point, but is there a way to get the coordinates that take into account the voxel dimensions, so that I can plug the coordinates into the simple geometric formulas allowing me to calculate distances?

Thanks for any suggestions!

-Tom

Tom,

If you go to file->image information, that will bring up a dialog that
gives the "world coordinates" of the cursor.

Paul.
