How to import 3d ultrasound data

Hello everyone 

I am a Japanese obstetrician and gynecologist. I am studying fetal heart modeling from 3D ultrasonic data. The ultrasonic equipment used is GE voluson E8. 

The photo shows a 28-week gestation fetal heart model created by Geomagic Freeform. This was created by arranging ultrasonic images every 1 mm on a grid and visually segmenting them. 

I'm interested in segmentation with ITKSnap. 

Please anyone teach me about importing ultrasound data into ITKSnap.
