3D View not working

Hi,

I am using ITK SNAP to visualize 3d images. However onclicking update button in 3d display panel, nothing is shown. Please see attached screenshot.

where is your segmentation ?

you didn't do segmentation , choose a growing region marker thresholding and select area you want to segment then that will be 3d visualised

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I do not want to do segmentation as I already have the mask. I just want to stack images and view in 3D, how can i do that in ITK-SNAP?

The only thing you can render in 3d are segmentations. You can't see a 3d mri the way micron tries to render it.
