Angles

Hello!

I want to measure angles on MRI pictures of the brain in ITK-SNAP. The file format is nifti. How do i measure angles in ITK-SNAP?

I would be very grateful for your guidance and help,

Hi Clara,

The annotation tool (selected below) allows you to measure angles between line segments in 2D slice windows. 

If you need to rotate your image in 3D, you can use the registration tool. You will need to load your image twice, first as the main image, and again as the additional image. Then go to tools->registration and select manual tab to rotate your image, and then you can measure angles in arbitrary planes. Example shown below.
