Hi everyone

I have a 128*128*375 raw image data. Specifications of this data are voxel size : 5,0625x5,0625x2,425 and 32 bit float little endian. When I open my raw data with itk-snap 3.2.0 there is not input parameter space for voxel size. ITK_SNAP accept this value 1x1x1. However ITK_SNAP 2.4 contains input parameter space for voxel size while loding this raw image data.
I want to use ITK SNAP 3.2 for new segmentation capabilities instead of ITK SNAP 2.4. Is there a solution for this problem.

Sincerely yours

Hi Alpaslan,

I am sorry, this seems to be a bug in the 3.2 version! I forgot to add the voxel size field when I rewrote the input dialog. I would suggest opening the image with 2.4 and saving it to NIFTI format, then opening the NIFTI format with version 3.2.

Or you can save the image as NIFTI from ITK-SNAP with spacing 1x1x1 and then use c3d -spacing command to change the spacing

c3d fromraw.nii -spacing 1x1x3mm -o fixspacing.nii

I will fix this soon.

Thanks!

Paul.
