RGB display mode for FAC-color images

Hi Everybody,

I am a long time fan of ITK-Snap, but I am still using version 3.8.

The core feature 4.x is lacking is to view 4d images as RGB image.

In the older version, in the  in the contrast tool under the general tab, one could choose if one wanted to view a single timepoint, an average across the timepoints and so forth.

Most importantly, if the fourth dimension had 3 timepoints one could choose to view those as RGB.

This is a fundamental feature, it's not just occasionally useful, but in my view without this feature ITK-Snap is fundamentally broken.

When will this feature return to version 4.x?
