Working with DICOM and segmentation, and .itksnap file - Urgent

Hi, 

I am using Itksnap for manual segmentation of the regions of interest from body joint MRI data. The workflow is we open the DICOM series using the ITKSNAP software then we perform by hand segmentation of the region of interest and we save the workspace (e.g. abc.itksnap where abc is saved workspace name). 

However, when we now open the *itksnap file (workspace) which has the location with the nii.gz file towards the end. That location is pointing to another location (folder). 

Please advise and explain.

Did you get any errors opening the workspace? Just make sure the relevant image files are always in the same folder with the workspace file.
