Error: exception occured during image IO

Hi everybody,

I'm having a problem to open a dicom file. 

This file was generated firstly as TXM and then converted to dicom. This TXM file is a result of a vertical stitch acquired in Zeiss xradia.

Error: exception occurred during image IO. Exception: vector too long

Any idea?

Hi 

This error seems to occur in the ITK libraries. Have you tried converting the DICOM to another format (e.g. NIFTI) using an external tool?
