Non-linear registrations in ITK SNAP

Dear Users,

Can anyone suggest me how to perform non-linear registrations using ITK-SNAP? I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this information.

ITK-SNAP does not do non-linear registration in the GUI, but you can use greedy, which is actually installed as a command-line tool when you download ITK-SNAP.
