Reverse segmentation

Hi,

I have a brain CT image, and brain only labeled mask in nifti file format.

Now I'm trying to label brian skull only, not the brain.

Is there any way to reverse (or flip) the segmenation?

Also, is there any way to save the segmenation with the original CT image?
