ITK snap crashes on startup.

Hello,

I am installing the 32bit version on our machines here and it's crashing on start up. I just get a message saying that ITK-Snap.exe has stopped working:

I tried to delete the ITKSAP.org directory as suggested on another post but that doesn't work. 

are there any sys requirments that i need to look at. 

Im installing this on 32 bit windows 7 machines

Hi Yelitza,

I am guessing that you installed 3.4, since that is the last ITK-SNAP version that provided a 32 bit windows build.

Since the crash is in Qt5Gui.dll, I would suggest downloading the alternative version we provide based on Qt 4.8 (go to http://www.itksnap.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Downloads.SNAP3, look for 'compatibility' versions). This version has had fewer instabilities on older hardware. 

Please let me know if that resolves the issue
