ITK-SNAP 4.0.1 UI freezes on a Azure VM with windows server 2016

Hi,

We have installed ITK-SNAP 4.0.1 on a Azure VM with windows server 2016 and connect via a RDP. on launching ITK Snap UI is freezing

On Cntrl+G we get the option to select the data even agter the selection is done we get blank screen
