Bug in v-4.2: Paintbrush size is n+1 times n+1 for brush size of n

Hi,

In version 4.2 the paintbrush size is greater than the input size.

For brush size input of n, the paintbrush colours an area of n+1 times n+1 pixels.

This prohibit colouring single pixels, as an input size of 1 gives a 2-by-2 paintbrush.

Version 3.8 does not have this issue.
