Segmentation won't save using (CTRL+S)

When in Paint Brush mode, the (CTRL+S) macro to "Save Segmentation Image" does not work. 

It works with all the other tools (Crosshair, Zoom/Pan, Polygon and Active Contour) but not in Paint brush mode.

In paint brush mode, there is no visual indication that something happens and the "File modification" date time does not change in windows explorer.

Using Version 3.6.0-rc1, Oct 29,2016. On windows 64bit.

In case it's been addressed, dropping a note that this bug is still present in Version 4.2.0 April 22 2024, Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
