unable to load DICOM image series in Segmentation

Hi,  

I am new to ITK-SNAP.  My segmentation results were saved in DICOM format. I was trying to load the DICOM image series in Segmentation.  However, I got the error message as below.   I wonder whether it is possible to load the segmentation image in the DICOM  image series format?  Thanks!

If this is a segmentation stored as DICOM RT file, I don't think that ITK-SNAP can read it. You could import the segmentation in slicer (you need the QuantitativeReporting and its dependencies to do so) and could export your segmentation as a nifti file or in some other format which ITK-SNAP can read.
