DWI-images looking really grainy in ITK-SNAP (urgent)

Hi all,
I am currently using ITK-SNAP for semi-automatic segmentation of MRI-images, but the DWI-images look really grainy for some reason? They are not smooth, as they are when opened in other programs. The images are of DICOM-type, and we have tried to convert to NifTI to see if it helped (it did not). Help?

Hi,
Have you tried change "Preference > Slice Views > Display > Interpolation Mode" to Linear?
