How to deal with Warning: Loss of precision?

Hi, I'm new to the itk-snap software. I'm currently labeling body cells with 3D metadata image. However, every time when I try to load my image, the "warning: loss of precision" shows up and saying that itk only provides 16-bit precision. How can resolve this? I need to zoom in to check auto segmentation, but the image quality becomes too bad to distinguish individual cells. I tried to use "c3d image.mha -probe 300x300x40vox" but it doesn't work.
